This role is across multiple custody Suites in West Yorkshire. Travel will be expected in this role.

Senior Management Experience
Proven experience operating at senior management level, with direct responsibility for leading and developing teams.
Financial & Commercial Acumen
Demonstrable ability to manage Profit & Loss accounts, including budget ownership, cost control, and financial planning.

Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions at a strategic level.
Audit & Quality Assurance Experience
Experience in audit processes and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Health & Safety Management
Working knowledge and practical experience of managing Health & Safety within an operational environment.

Relationship Management
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership teams.
