We need Passionate, Reliable, Support Workers who are located in Coalville (LE67) — 37.5 hours per week at £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.
We’re particularly looking for female drivers for this service. Due to limited transport links, access to a car is essential.
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is preferred. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act
Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

About you:
You don’t need previous experience to be a great Support Worker — just the right values. You will be trained to use a hoist, so need to be reasonably fit.
