We need Passionate, Reliable, Support Workers who are located in Coalville (LE67) — 37.5 hours per week at £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.

We’re particularly looking for female drivers for this service. Due to limited transport links, access to a car is essential.

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is preferred. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act

    You’ll be supporting us in our friendly supported living service, we each have our own flat, personality, routines, and interests. We are all unique — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding and here are just a few things that we love to do.

    Day to day you might:

  • We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Caring and compassionate

  • Shift patterns include:
  • Early starts from 07:00 and late finishes up to 22:00
  • A mix of long days (up to 15 hours) and shorter shifts
  • Sleep-ins and weekend work on a rota
  • You’ll need to be fully flexible, but in return you’ll have a role where you truly see the impact you make to us on a daily basis, we promise this.

    About you:

    You don’t need previous experience to be a great Support Worker — just the right values. You will be trained to use a hoist, so need to be reasonably fit.

    We’re looking for people who are kind, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. Whether you’ve worked in care, supported family or friends, or are completely new to the sector, we’d love to hear from you.
