Your new role
As a General Supply Teacher, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in secondary schools. Your responsibilities may include:
1. Managing the classroom and ensuring students remain on task
2. Delivering engaging lessons and adapting to different school environments
3. Providing feedback to the department or cover manager
4. Upholding school policies and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
6. UK classroom experience at the secondary level
7. Strong classroom management and adaptability
8. A proactive and professional approach to teaching
9. Availability for short-notice or pre-booked supply work
