Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a range of professional spa treatments to the highest standard
2. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a relaxing and memorable guest experience
3. Actively promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa
5. Work collaboratively with the wider spa and hotel team
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a professional setting
7. Relevant beauty/spa qualifications
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Experience in upselling treatments and retail products is highly desirable
10. A passion for wellness and customer care
Working Hours:
11. 5 days out of 7
12. No evening work
