Android Lead Developer

About the Job
We are seeking experienced Android Lead Developer with strong expertise in Banking and Finance domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
Hybrid working
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
* Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Room, Hilt and Coroutines
* Good understanding of MVVM clean architecture for Android
* Some experience using Firebase would be good
* A good understanding of Android UXUI guidelines
* Understanding of full mobile development and application lifecycle
* Leadership experience
* Driving Standards and best practice improvements
* Coaching and Mentoring
