Your main responsibilities will include -
1. To be the main point of contact for allocated clients and ensuring administration services are provided to a high standard
2. Monitor due dates to ensure service levels are being adhered to
3. Handling client and CRM queries relating to new and existing pensions
4. Process the anti-money laundering requirements
5. Create and maintain client files and records electronically and in paper
6. Manage and chase outstanding data and information
Desired experience -
7. Experience working as a DB Pensions Administrator is essential for this role
8. Numerical and analytical ability
9. Experience in manual calculations
10. Understanding of lifetime allowance
11. Understanding of accrual rate
12. Understanding of V Lookup and Pivot tables
13. Willing to study to gain pensions specific qualifications
