Pre Construction Manager Location: Romford UK (Hybrid / Office & Site Based) Full-time Overview My client is a leading UK building services contractor delivering large-scale mechanical and electrical design, installation, and commissioning projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and data centre sectors. They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead early-stage project development, tendering, and technical pre-construction planning across multiple high-value MEP projects. Role You will manage the full pre-construction lifecycle from enquiry through to contract award, ensuring technical, commercial, and delivery solutions are developed and aligned with client expectations. This includes coordinating design input, cost planning, programme development, risk analysis, and bid submissions.
