I am looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person who is comfortable working in sales but has some marketing experience. You will be working on our outreach campaign to create solid relationships with corporate clients, schools and institutions. You must have an outgoing, bubbly personality, be professional and well-presented.
I am seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join as a freelance contractor. In this role, you will drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, build strong client relationships, increase brand visibility, and contribute to patient care excellence.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, combining remote work with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Using sales management tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Asana to track leads and manage client interactions.
2. Following up with potential leads to convert them into clients and managing ongoing relationships.
3. Identifying new business opportunities and initiating contact with potential clients.
4. Building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored solutions.
5. Collaborating with the leadership team to develop marketing content for various channels.
6. Planning, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
7. Refining the clinic’s brand identity and messaging for consistency and market positioning.
8. Generating reports on marketing and sales metrics with actionable insights.
9. Representing The ADHD Centre at industry events and traveling as necessary.
Skills & Experience Required include proven success in sales, account management, and marketing within healthcare, strong client relationship skills, experience with campaign management, excellent communication skills, proficiency with sales/marketing platforms, analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Minimum requirements include at least 2-3 years in sales and marketing, healthcare experience (preferred but not essential), willingness to travel, and a reliable home office setup.
Summary:
* Location: Remote with occasional travel
* Contract: Freelance/pay per hour, initially 6 months
* Hours: 20-25 per week, flexible
