Hours: Part-Time (Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off; 7:30am–11pm plus sleep-in 11pm–7:30am)

What You Will Do
* Develop strong, trusting relationships with young people in your care.
* Support and implement individual care plans and risk assessments.
* Encourage independence and help young people develop essential life skills.
* Promote positive behaviours through resilience, consistency, and encouragement.
* Previous experience in residential childcare.
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children’s & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
* Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
* Availability for 37 hours per week on a shift basis.
* Full UK driving licence essential for travel requirements.
