Job Description

3. Manage and optimise a £5M+ annual paid media budget to deliver ROI targets.
4. Build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google/Bing/Meta ads platforms.
5. Directly manage campaigns set up and closely monitor and manage campaign and bid performance.
6. Devise and implement bid strategies, keyword targeting and ad copy and creative testing.
7. Lead AB testing of ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages.
8. Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights.
9. Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
10. Work closely with the DAM and Marketing team to align campaigns with the digital acquisition strategy.
11. Stay up to date on paid search trends and changes in paid media technology and best practices.
12. Monitor competitor activity and produce keyword and competitor gap analysis.

The Successful Applicant

About You:

13. Knowledge of Google Ads, SA360 and Bing Ads, including automated bidding strategies.
14. Experience in managing £5M+ budgets.
15. Experience in developing paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
16. Google Ads and SA360 certifications; familiarity with GA4 and attribution models.
17. Experience in AB testing, ad copy optimisation and landing page performance.
18. Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
19. Knowledge of platform policies, GDPR and brand safety standards.
20. Highly numerate and data driven.
21. Confident and capable of building strong relationships, both internally and externally across range of commercial and operational teams.
22. Strong communicator, comfortable working with senior internal stakeholders up to Director level.

23. Salary: £40,000 - £46,000, depending on experience
24. Annual bonus: Up to 15% discretionary performance-based bonus
