The role will be mainly in Early Years but you might be required to work with other age group in the future. For this job, you will need to be: reliable and flexible calm and patient committed to helping children to aspire and achieve their potential in possession of a positive attitude and great communication skills able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents on a daily basis able to show good initiative in possession of good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) Experience of working within a school and knowledge and experience of the Early Years is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work with children in different age groups depending on the changing needs of the school would also be desirable.
