LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Permanent, 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a Retail Support Advisor to provide exceptional support to our Retail, RCH, and Broker Sales teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey and contributing to the growth of our portfolio.
This high-impact role will be instrumental in delivering service excellence and supporting sales growth by building strong relationships with brokers, retailers, and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing:
o Act as the key link between Dealers, Brokers, VWFS UK Sales field teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely query resolution.
o Use Salesforce to manage queries, allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure service levels are met.
o Take inbound calls from Dealers and Brokers to support their queries and manage effectively.
o Running bespoke reports to keep systems updated with accurate information.
o Maintaining our Point of Sale and Stock Management systems to enable self-service and improve efficiency.
o Providing proactive support to external Sales Teams to drive growth.
o Handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
o Contribute to the creation of documented Procedures that are published on NetConsent and support the regular review of these to maintain compliance

• High level of customer service and ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled at learning new systems and processes; confident with MS Office.
• A collaborative team player who can adapt to changing demands.
