We're Hiring – Nursery Nurse
Beach Hill is looking for a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our friendly team. Our nursery is built on a child-centered, natural approach, where curiosity, play, and exploration guide learning every day.
What we're looking for:
A qualified Nursery Nurse (Level 2/3 in Early Years Childcare or equivalent).
Someone with a genuine love for working with children, supporting their growth, learning, and development.
A team player with good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding practices.
A commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Your role will include:
Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5.
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Observing and acting in the moment to support children's development.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Helping to create an environment where children feel happy, safe, and excited to learn.
