Head Office: Holyport, Maidenhead – Full Time
Main Responsibilities:
· Source, allocate, and book requested works for our customers and have parts available for our Engineers.
· Assist with customer technical queries to support the office staff.
· Updating customers on orders when required.
· Maintain stock reports using our CRM System. (Big Change)
· Maintain excellent communication with the customer and office staff to provide excellent service.
· Other administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
· Strong Administration background in Plant Machinery or similar industries.
· Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
· Good level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
· Excellent communication and IT Skills.
Education Requirements:
· Good general level of Education including English, Math, and IT.
· Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence.
