Small Luxury Hotels of the World is seeking an entry-level Junior Systems Analyst to assist with day-to-day operations across a range of systems and processes. This is an entry-level role and full training will be given.
As part of a small IT team, the responsibilities of the Junior Systems Analyst role include (but are not limited to) the following:
Key Responsibilities
1. User creation, setup and maintenance
2. On-going improvements to the Salesforce Org as required, ensuring all changes are documented
3. Creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards as required
4. Provide first-line support to the 90+ Salesforce users
5. Housekeeping tasks
Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft 365
1. Maintaining Distribution Groups for Partnership programs
2. Assisting with the planned migration to Office 365 in 2025 (auditing existing mailboxes, housekeeping of office data)
3. Assisting with the management of quarantined emails
Other Responsibilities
1. Assisting with reporting requests
2. Assisting with the company move to new offices in 2025
3. Assisting in maintaining the IT Asset Register
4. Other IT-related tasks and projects as and when required
Reporting Lines
This key role reports to the VP of Technology.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1. A desire to learn, coupled with keen attention to detail
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels
4. Effective time management skills and ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines
5. IT qualifications such as Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in IT would be desirable (ideally DDD)
