Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Alternative Provision / SEMH / SEN Location: Wirral Hours: Full-time Contract: Long-term placements Pay Rate: £90–£120 per day (dependent on experience) About the Role Teaching Personnel is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of Alternative Provision, SEMH, and specialist SEN schools across the Wirral. These full-time, long-term positions involve supporting pupils who require additional support to access education due to social, emotional, and behavioural needs or complex learning difficulties. You will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.
