Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our vibrant and dynamic team At OCU Opals (Part of the OCU Group), we design, build, manage and maintain vital communications infrastructure for every-day use for a better-connected world. We work with major network operators, technology vendors and engineering companies to create the next generation of communication networks. Key Responsibilities: Credit Control Processing and managing the purchase ledger transactions for a wide range of suppliers as well as dealing with the queries from those. Complete a weekly pay run Handle Bank reconciliations Set up new suppliers on internal systems Raise recharge invoices Line management of one ledger clerk What we are looking for: Previous experience in an accounts role or previous accounts training Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Comfortable with communication with all levels and through different methods Proactive and driven Experience to working and hitting deadlines Company Information: Established in 1994, OCU Group is one of the fastest growing utility engineering contractors in the UK, with a long successful track record in delivering customer-focused civil engineering solutions.
