About Pinetree Lodge
Pinetree Lodge supports older adults with a diagnosis of dementia who, because of this organic brain disease, may have behaviours that challenge and cannot live in the wider community. Our team of experienced Registered Nurses & Support Workers led by Clinical Leads work closely to undertake assessments and provide person-centered therapeutic interventions to minimize risks associated with these behaviors.
We believe in providing good care to people with dementia and their families, and that it is possible for a person with dementia to live a good quality and meaningful life with the right support. Our teams are specialists and are passionate about what they do. We select staff for skills and personal qualities such as warmth, optimism, and a natural desire to help others. We have high levels of qualified nursing staff available 24 hours a day, supported by a dedicated team of support workers, to enable residents to:
* Keep a sense of meaning and purpose in life.
* Protect personal relationships and social networks.
* Nurture hope and self-esteem.
* Maintain independence, choice and control.
* Stay in touch with local communities and be active citizens.
* Have a sense of stability and consistency.
Facilities are well-equipped to meet the physical health care needs, with separate lounge and dining areas, fully assisted baths, and wet rooms. We strive to keep environments homely and relaxed. For service visits, please email recruitment@everyturn.org.
