Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: London / South East (Minimum 2 days per week in-office)
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + Share Options + 24 Days Holiday + 10 Working Abroad Days
Setup: Hybrid (3-days in-office / 2-days work-from-home)
Vertical Advantage is partnered with a fast-growing FMCG brand undergoing significant UK expansion. As part of their growth, they are looking for an Operations Executive to support a broad range of activities across supply chain, quality, and general operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple operational areas — from managing orders and supporting product processes to contributing to quality, planning, and promotional activities while collaborating closely with suppliers, commercial teams, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day operational and supply chain activities.
* Help manage product and quality-related tasks, including coordinating information and resolving issues with suppliers.
* Assist with keeping product data and documentation up to date.
* Coordinate samples and support wider brand or customer initiatives.
* Contribute to planning and execution of promotions and customer requirements.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth processes across the business.
Experience
* Experience in operations, supply chain, planning or a related function.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to support different workstreams.
* Confidence using standard software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Experience working with suppliers, retailers, or logistics partners.
