Process Analyst – Project Management
Midlands FTC | £40-60,000
This role exists to bring structure, clarity and measurable improvement to a complex retail and logistics operation.
You will work alongside Business Change Managers, owning the design and documentation of current and future state processes. This is hands-on process optimisation not theory.
You will:
* Own end-to-end process mapping (Visio)
* Lead workshops to define scalable future-state solutions
* Identify gaps, risk and cross-functional impact
* Embed robust SOPs and governance standards
* Support benefits tracking and post-implementation validation
The focus is simple: cleaner processes, stronger control, better operational performance.
We’re looking for:
* Proven process mapping expertise
* Experience supporting structured business change
* Confidence engaging stakeholders across operations
* Strong analytical capability with commercial awareness
* Background in retail, logistics or large corporate environments
This suits someone who understands how operational detail connects to performance — and can translate complexity into disciplined, workable process design.
