About The Role
Collaborate with learners and workplaces to identify and promote training opportunities and grow capability within the agriculture industry.
In this role you would:
6. Be a people-focused person with a passion for building strong working connections in the agriculture sector.
7. Work alongside learners and employers to identify training needs and assist with developing training plans to support learner progression.
8. Enrol learners and support them to complete successfully
9. Conduct learner and workplace visits
10. Proactively market Primary ITO to prospective employers and learners.
This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) has a flexible based within the wider Canterbury region for the right candidate. This role would also require regional travel when appropriate, in which a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
Skills & Experience
11. Knowledge/experience in the agriculture sector.
12. Experience in customer focused role
13. Sales training experience
14. Computer literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
15. Excellent time management, planning, and organisation skills
16. Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills
Understanding of work-based learning would be beneficial.
