What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in puppet making, soft sculpture, or related fabric arts.
* Strong sewing skills, including hand and machine sewing techniques.
* Familiarity with a range of fabrics, foams, and materials used in soft fabrication.
* Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to interpret design sketches and translate them into finished pieces.
* Passion for puppetry, storytelling, and craftsmanship.
* Team player with good communication skills.
