The role requires a flexible, multi-skilled operative with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the community. *Please Note this role does not currently meet the criteria set by the UK Home Office forSponsorship* Closing date: 4pm Friday 24 th October 2025 Salary: £25,681 - £27,261 per annum. 5-point scale increasing with length of service Hours ofWork: 37.5 hours per week, Mon Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm Length of Contract: Permanent Essential Criteria: A minimum of 5 years experience in aMaintenance /Building Trade related Role (Evidence of work should be provided with relevant dates and work carried out) Be able to plan and prioritise maintenance works and meet deadlines whererequired Be capable of working efficiently, effectively,diligentlyand courteously on an individual basis and as part of a team, but also can work on your own initiative as a lone worker Full Drivers Licence (if a disability precludes an individual from holding a drivers licence, it should bestatedon the application form howyoucan meet the mobility requirement for the post) Ability to be flexible with working hours as the role demands, may also include working Saturdays and Sundays for emergencies Good levelof fitness, including the ability to lift, work at heights and in differing conditions Desirable Criteria: City & Guilds III / NVQ level 3 in Building Maintenance or other equivalent qualification in the trade.
