Job Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well‑qualified Head of House. The successful candidate will: oversee the pastoral leadership of a house within our pastoral team; oversee the care and support of students from year 7 to 11; lead a team of dedicated tutors in raising achievement; manage behaviour; improve attendance; and continue to develop the House identity.
The role requires enhanced DBS and Child Barred List checks, online search, and successful references.
