A day in the life of…
The restaurant manager is responsible for the overall smooth operation of a restaurant, overseeing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring financial success. Key responsibilities include managing staff through scheduling, training, and motivation, overseeing operations such as inventory, budgets, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling customer service and complaints, and developing menus.
You'll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
What do we need from you?
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting with a strong knowledge of food service and delivery and a willingness to continually develop your skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior management
.•Good communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• you’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
