The Role
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Work under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Senior Staff and Care Officers
* Support children and young people with their emotional, social and physical needs
* Build positive, trusting and consistent relationships
* Safely manage challenging behaviour using CPI techniques
* Be a valued part of a supportive and dedicated residential team
