Teacher of Science Responsibilities:
* Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire students.
* Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress.
* Participate fully in the life of the school, including pastoral duties and enrichment activities.
* Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and develop schemes of work.
Teacher of Science Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Science degree.
* Experience teaching Science at secondary level.
* Strong command of the curriculum and good behaviour management skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Be committed to child protection, safeguarding, and pupil welfare.
* Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
