Design Vision
* A visionary responsible for TRIP's brand identity, overseeing the creative direction across all formats including packaging, advertising, websites, and social media.
* Strong attention to detail in creating clear, standout packaging across various formats, working with printers to ensure high-quality results.
* Overseeing all of TRIP's creative assets and ensuring guidelines are consistently updated to support team members.
* Elevating TRIP's brand by staying close to the cultural pulse and adapting as needed.
* Developing channel expertise within the team to reflect changing business goals, including understanding best-in-class packaging, POS, and Meta assets.
Creative Leadership
* Manage a team of freelancers and oversee the creative project management workflow.
* Build out the budget and resource needs for the creative team at TRIP.
* Proactively present ideas for efficiencies, in-housing roles, or additional support when needed.
* Educate the wider business on the TRIP brand and creative assets.
* Develop channel expertise in areas such as growth assets, web, email, Amazon, Meta, shopper marketing, packaging, brand campaigns, and activations.
Exceptional Execution
* Consistently challenge TRIP's brand and design team to raise standards via weekly review sessions.
* Ensure assets are correctly filed and easily accessible to prevent misprints (creative drive optimization).
* Serve as the go-to person for all print and packaging needs, knowledgeable about partner ways of working, printing techniques, and industry best practices.
* Evolve the TRIP creative playbook to serve as the single source of truth for the team.
* Lead art direction, photography, and videography production.
