Role Overview
As an IT Service Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing IT service delivery that supports mission‑critical systems across the Space, Defence and Intelligence sector.
Responsibilities
* Establish and optimise service management processes within secure cloud environments, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service outcomes.
* Work with clients, partners and technical teams to take ownership of service performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute innovative ideas within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications
* Hold or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance due to the secure nature of the programme.
* Experience in IT service delivery and management within secure cloud environments is preferred.

Work Environment
This position will be based on site in Central London 5 days a week.
