Customer Success Manager – Fixed C-Arms – GB & Ireland
In today's dynamic healthcare landscape, technology is constantly evolving. For our customers to truly leverage the full potential of Siemens Healthineers' innovative diagnostic and therapy equipment, they need more than just installation and basic training. They need a partner who can guide them to truly master the use of our solutions, adopt advanced workflows, and translate these capabilities into tangible improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Adoption & Utilization: Drive the adoption and optimal utilization of Siemens Healthineers Fixed C-Arms systems by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges related to usage.
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for advanced workflow adoption that enhance diagnostic accuracy, therapy efficacy, and operational efficiency (e.g., advanced imaging protocols, integrated therapy planning, AI-powered guidance).
• Training & Education: Partner with application specialists to ensure customers receive comprehensive and ongoing education, fostering deep understanding and proficiency in our technologies. This may include identifying needs for advanced workshops, clinical application training, or specialized technical support.
• Performance Monitoring & Value Realization: Proactively monitor customer usage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the value realized from their Siemens Healthineers solutions. Provide regular updates and business reviews to customers, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for further optimization.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and challenges related to equipment usage and workflow integration. Efficiently resolve issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical support, R&D) when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Product Feedback & Innovation: Gather customer feedback on product performance, usability, and unmet needs. Advocate for customer requirements internally, contributing to product development and innovation cycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, service, clinical applications, and R&D teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
• Best Practice Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of best practices and success stories among customers, fostering a community of engaged users.
Your qualifications and experience:
• Proven Radiography experience in Fixed C-Arms systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% (most of your time will be home-based working).
• Motivated to acquire presentation and sales skills.
• Full Driving License
• Expertise in Siemens products and their technology is desirable but not compulsory
