About The Role
Your main responsibility as a Registered Nurse will be to act as person in charge in the absence of the Manager, ensuring high standards of care are maintained for our residents.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
* Undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions.
* Advising families and GPs of any changes in residents’ conditions and involving them in ongoing care decisions.
* Supervising and deploying staff within the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive appropriate care.
* Providing high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.
About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must
* Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
* Have at least 2 years’ experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic qualifications.
* Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
* Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
