Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a secondary school in Northampton to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher for a part-time position, starting as soon as possible.
The Role
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire students and support strong academic progress. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about business education.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in line with the curriculum
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Work collaboratively with the department and wider school team
* Support students with exam preparation and coursework
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (KS3/KS4, KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* Passionate, motivated, and committed to student success
* Ability to engage and inspire learners of all abilities
