We're proud to be partnering with a well respected property development and investment business, with an in-house portfolio of over 2,000 residential, student, and commercial units across the UK. As part of their expansion, they're now looking to bring in a Lettings Professional to play a key role within their sales and lettings function operating state-of-the-art headquarters in Sheffield – a bright, open-plan office designed to support collaboration and high performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, proactive role for someone passionate about property and driven to make an impact. You'll be a key figure in the lettings team – taking ownership of enquiries, viewings, lettings progression, and helping deliver a best-in-class experience for tenants and clients alike.
You'll also work closely with the Directors & Senior Management Team, offering input on marketing, systems, and ideas to help the team improve and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take the lead on lettings activity – handling enquiries, arranging viewings, progressing lets, and supporting the full tenancy journey.
* Support property management processes including inspections, move-ins/outs, and day-to-day issues.
* Be a visible, proactive presence in the office – welcoming new ideas and helping set the tone for high performance and excellent service.
* Help identify improvements across systems, processes, and tenant experience.
* Work with leadership and marketing teams to support growth initiatives, brand development, and property visibility.
* Provide accurate, timely information to prospective tenants and internal stakeholders.
