About the Role
You will join the kitchen brigade. You enjoy preparing, presenting and delivering a wide range of carefully designed dishes. You will be an integral part of the kitchen team, contributing to the overall commercial performance of the business.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and plate high‑quality dishes, following Hilton standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet guest expectations and productivity targets.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Maintain an efficient and tidy workstation.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Passion for food, creativity, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑moving kitchen environments.
