Job Title: Aftercare Specialist
Location: LS11 Smile White
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 17:00
Salary: £25k- £30k

We are now seeking a compassionate and organised Aftercare Specialist to join our team and support our patient’s post-treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with patients’ post-treatment to ensure they feel supported and informed.
* Address patient concerns, providing guidance and liaising with clinical staff when necessary.
* Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate ongoing care plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records and follow GDPR compliance.
* Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to aftercare.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong Customer Care Experience
* A caring and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Prior experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
* Flexibility to work the specified hours.
