Senior Auditor
Join Internal Audit to support the delivery of the Internal Audit plan. This role operates within the Data & Analytics (D&A) business and involves identifying business and technology risks and controls, completing audit testing, and contributing to scoping and planning of reviews in line with internal audit methodology.
Role Responsibilities
* Plan individual audit engagements by identifying key risks and controls and determining procedures to be performed.
* Own testing, analysis and documentation of key and more sophisticated business processes, risks and controls; project manage allocated resources for components of larger audits.
* Define processes without precedent and perform more sophisticated audit procedures as required.
* Ensure colleagues working on aligned sections follow the agreed audit procedures, validate and communicate results independently, and document conclusions from audit work.
* Confirm the factual accuracy of audit conclusions with partners and own elements of audit engagements as agreed with engagement supervisors (Audit Managers and Senior Audit Managers).
* Identify and communicate changes or risks with recommendations for updates to the audit plan for quarterly refresh and annual planning.
Minimum Requirements
* CISA, CISSP or equivalent qualifications
* Degree or equivalent, and relevant professional qualification
* Recognised Internal Auditing (IIA / CIIA, CISA) or Accounting Qualification; may be Part Qualified
* Experience in assurance delivery and supervision, including transformation/change reviews
* Technology/ITGC knowledge; data auditing experience advantageous
* Extensive partner management experience
* Experience in a fast-paced international organisation is advantageous
* Good communication, writing and teamwork skills
* Continuous improvement attitude
