We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Manchester. This is a phone based position, and entails taking instructions on the phone from new potential clients regarding their clinical negligence claims.
We expect you to be confident and professional on the phone, able to control the call, offer customer support, be empathetic, gather necessary information, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude for customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide guidance and handle sensitive information regarding customers’ claims.
Supporting our fee earners, we are looking for those who have experience or interest within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, and misdiagnosis.
You need to have a basic understanding of the framework of clinical negligence law and have a passion for this area of law. A graduate or GDL background is required. You will work alternating shifts – 8am – 4pm / 10am – 6pm.
