Kingswood Group are currently supporting a Braintree business in the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant. Working in a friendly team of six, the successful applicant will have previous experience working within accounts and an office environment. You will be a real team player who has a willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key duties will include;
* Processing of invoices from suppliers
* Updating spreadsheet for payments, checking PO are correct
* Ensuring invoices are allocated to payments correctly
* Processing unreconciled reconciliations
* Manual bank reconciliations
* Credit Card statement reconciliations
* Processing the journal entries
* Dealing with queries from wider team
Key Attributes required:
* Previous experience working within a similar role
* Studier or looking to study AAT
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent time management
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
* Good communication skills
