Based in a modern office near Portsmouth, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Audit & Accounts professional looking to take the next step toward RI Status and future leadership opportunities.

Your role as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
* Lead and review complex audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio with turnovers up to £60M.
* Manage a growing portfolio of audit and non-audit clients.
* Oversee technical quality, compliance, and risk management processes.
* Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team.
* Support business development initiatives and strategic growth plans.
* Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention.
* Work closely with senior leadership on operational and firmwide initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed:
* You must be ACA /ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience.
* Have strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of audit regulation.
* Demonstrate experience managing client portfolios and leading teams.
* Be commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused.
* Show ambition to progress toward RI Status.
* Experience with Iris would be beneficial but not essential.
