Job Description
We are looking for an experienced reservations agent for a luxury hotel in Hertfordshire. As a Reservations Agent you must have:
Excellent organisational skills, fantastic administrative skills, great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will need previous experience of a busy hotel reservations office or front desk preferably in a 5 star organisation. You must have a flexible attitude, great guest interaction, good telephone manner as this is a predominately telephone based role and written/verbal communication, in English, and the desire to play your part in a fantastic team.
