Experienced Sales Negotiator required in Oxted to handle residential property sales: generate business, manage client relationships, and progress transactions within a busy independent estate agency office.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy independent estate agency in Oxted.
The office handles a strong portfolio of residential properties and requires a confident salesperson who can build relationships, spot opportunities, and progress deals from instruction to completion.
This role will suit someone already working in estate agency who wants to build their long-term career in residential sales.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
* Conducting property viewings and follow-up feedback
* Generating new business opportunities and leads
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Progressing sales through to completion
* Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
* Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
* Supporting the branch in achieving sales targets
* Keeping records and CRM systems fully up to date
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Professional and articulate manner
* High level of customer service ability
* Positive attitude and self-motivation
* Smart and professional presentation
* Good knowledge of Oxted and surrounding areas (helpful)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Thorough understanding of the residential sales process
