Key Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for technical queries and governance support Manage statutory compliance, registers and complex corporate actions Oversee billing, client onboarding and KYC reviews Collaborate with legal, tax and senior client stakeholders Requirements: CGI-qualified or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance Proficiency in Diligent, CCH, Excel and Microsoft Office Professional services background preferred Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office.
