Some of the day-to-day tasks & responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of purchase/sale transactions, transfer of title, re-mortgage and executry transactions
* Genuine interest and enthusiasm for property work and can demonstrate technical understanding of residential property law
* Demonstrate a commercial and practical approach to problem solving
* Maintain accurate files & records
* Communication and drafting skills
* Effective time management and multitasking
* Support your team when needed
