Our Client are an established IFS Partner who, due to growth, have an opportunity for a Technical Consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Implementation: Providing technical support with the implementation process of IFS software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the client's existing systems
* Customisation and Configuration: Tailoring the IFS software to meet the specific business needs and requirements of the client through customisation and configuration.
* Technical Support: Providing technical guidance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and addressing any technical challenges that arise during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
* Upgrades and Maintenance: Managing system upgrades and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the IFS software.
* Training and Documentation: Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to effectively use the IFS software, as well as creating comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customisations, and best practices.
What you will need:
A strong understanding of IFS software, including its modules, functionalities, and configurations, is essential. Proficiency in software implementation, customisation, and maintenance is crucial along with:
* Previous experience of implementing and upgrading IFS systems
* Demonstrate abilities within the IFS Configuration areas.
* Demonstrate abilities within the IFS Connectivity area.
* Demonstrate abilities with Data Migration
* Demonstrate abilities with Reporting within IFS specifically with Crystal Reporting.
