The Role
Edouard Group is seeking a Workshop Pump Engineer to join its Aberdeen operation on a permanent basis. This role focuses on the maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair of company-owned rental equipment, as well as the testing and certification of customer-owned assets to industry and company standards.
The position involves working with air driven test pumps, transfer pumps, hand pumps, gas boosters and OPS skids, alongside pressure testing pumps, manifolds, PRVs and hoses to ensure equipment is fully prepared and compliant for rental or return to service.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, service, diagnose faults and repair Edouard Group rental equipment in line with company procedures
* Pressure test pumps, manifolds, PRVs and hoses to required specifications prior to rental or return to service
* Service, function test and pressure test customer-owned equipment to the same standards as company assets
* Complete all test documentation, job records and certification accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety and quality standards
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
* Liaise with supervisors and colleagues to prioritise workload and meet operational deadlines
Essential Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
* Proven experience in pump maintenance, servicing and repair within an industrial, hydraulic or pressure testing environment
* Practical experience of pressure testing equipment, including pumps, hoses, manifolds and associated components
* Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to read and follow technical procedures and test specifications
* A high standard of health and safety awareness
* Good written skills for completion of test records and certification
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working with air driven test pumps, gas boosters or OPS skids
* Previous experience within the oil & gas, renewables or industrial services sectors
* Formal mechanical or engineering qualificationMotor mechanical background
