The Role in a Snapshot
We’re looking for a Revenue Leader to drive growth and lead the Account Managers team, owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle in your region—from acquisition to retention. You’ll define revenue strategies, optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale operations and exceed targets.

Your role in our mission:
* Lead, coach, and empower the account manager’s team including all seniority levels, consistently model GoStudent values and inspire others to exceed expectations
* Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for your region, from initial customer acquisition to retention and ongoing engagement.
* Spread positive vibes and our core values even under high pressure and help the team to overcome challenges
* Develop strong cooperation with head-of level colleagues from sparring departments and maintain team spirit even in difficult situations
* Manage the entire market revenue operations, helping team leads to manage workload, set priorities, and overcome daily challenges
* Be accountable for reaching and surpassing sales targets and KPIs
* Develop strategies for continuous team performance improvement, business development, and elevate the UK sales team
* Ensure high performance homogeneity within the revenue team, including PiP and onboarding processes
* Own the entire account manager hiring process, contribute to hiring targets, maintain high retention, and coach team leads on personal development
* Follow all team lead/revenue processes & rules of engagement, collaborating with the global sales enablement team
* Execute UK pilot projects at a high scale
* Analyze data for process improvements
* Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with sales enablement and data teams, and coach team leads in analytics
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years sales experience in a fast-growth environment (SaaS or B2C preferred)
* At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably leading leaders
* Proven track record of exceeding quotas and success in current role
