The Role
We are hiring an IT Online Sales & Operations Manager to take ownership of our e-commerce and IT product sales operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines IT hardware expertise, online sales management, and process improvement.
You will lead a small team, optimise performance across multiple ecommerce platforms, and drive operational efficiency to ensure smooth workflows from stock to sale.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day IT product operations: sourcing, refurbishing, listing, and sales workflows
* Oversee online sales across Amazon, eBay, Back Market, OnBuy, TikTok Shop, and other platforms
* Lead and develop a small operations team with a focus on efficiency and results
* Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
* Manage listings, pricing, and platform compliance for thousands of IT products
* Use Linnworks (or similar) for repricing, stock control, and product feeds
* Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
* Ensure compliance with digital, e-commerce, and data security standards
* Collaborate with leadership on reporting, strategy, and business growth
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' management experience in e-commerce or IT product sales
* Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware (PCs, laptops, servers, networking)
* Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms
* Proven ability in process improvement and team management
* Familiarity with Linnworks (or similar multi-channel systems)
* Coding knowledge is a plus (C# preferred; HTML, CSS, or scripting also beneficial)
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven mindset
* Excellent written and spoken English; clear communicator
* Degree or professional qualifications are a plus, but not required
