Brand & Marketing Manager

The
Brand & Marketing Manager
will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and growth of a leading UK brand, with the ambition to expand internationally. Acting as brand champion, you will own the multi-year growth plan, deliver impactful campaigns, and collaborate with commercial and category teams to bring the brand to life both in-store and online.
This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and commercially astute marketer ready to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the brand strategy and 3-year growth plan across product, pricing, promotion, and go-to-market.
* Act as the brand champion, leading packaging projects, creative development, and innovation pipelines.
* Deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive trial, engagement, and brand equity.
* Partner with category, commercial, and shopper teams to activate the brand at shelf and online.
* Lead D2C development and explore new opportunities to connect directly with consumers.
* Influence senior stakeholders and external buyers with compelling, insight-driven brand stories.
* Monitor and respond to category trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
* Support broader marketing initiatives where brand input is required.
What are we looking for?
* 3+ years' experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry.
* Demonstrated success in delivering consumer-led brand growth.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
* Experience working in agile, entrepreneurial, or founder-led environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
* Creative, curious, and collaborative, with the drive to turn ideas into reality.
* Desirable: experience in D2C growth and licensed brand partnerships.
