This role sits at the heart of our Commercial Operations team, blending customer support, project coordination, and commercial thinking.
You’ll work on a variety of projects — from supporting customer proposals to helping deliver live projects — and have plenty of scope to make the role your own as we grow.
This position will also give you exposure to strategic initiatives and, if you’re interested, the chance to mentor a junior colleague and help shape how we deliver a world-class customer experience.
What You Might Do

* Helping build clear, customer-ready proposals and presentations.
* Coordinating projects and aligning timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting customers with updates, issue resolution, and post-project follow-up.
