Are you an experienced valuer, looking to further your career in a successful environment? My client is looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Associate Director to join their UK wide valuations team, specialising in Hospitality. This exciting role will be based out of our Leeds office, where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside the MD and with a talented and established Valuation team.

Salary: £60,000 plus commission and car allowance of £5,500 PA

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in the commercial valuations sector : We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in commercial valuations and ideally some experience of the Hospitality sector.
Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer : The ideal candidate must hold relevant professional accreditations as a chartered surveyor and be a registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Regional Valuation Experience : Solid experience in conducting valuations across the North-East region is essential. Your familiarity with the local market dynamics will enable you to deliver exceptional results to our diverse range of clients.
Leadership and Ambition : As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our valuations team and driving its success. Your motivation and ambition will contribute to both your own professional development and the growth of our business.
Detail-Oriented and Presentable : A keen eye for detail and a professional, presentable demeanour are crucial in this role, as you'll be representing our company to clients and stakeholders.
